Have fun in Goa/Saligao. They are still some of the best places on earth!!! despite the lack of all kinds of infrastructure, amenities, and luxuries as we know them in other parts of the world. Probably just goes to show (even on a more personal level) that we do not have to be wealthy to have a special aura about us!
