Hi Annette, In my (personal) view, the Saligao Institute currently does not have the capacity or the priority of launching computer and/or internet facilities there. (I do wish someone would prove me wrong on this!)
In any case, the SI has appealed for support on doing their ground, and there is probably a case for more people becoming life-members there. So those wanting to support know where it could be put, I guess.
