Welcome to Osmond Lobo, a long-time Saligaokar, who lived near St Anne's chapel and is now based in Porvorim. He also worked in Kenya and Ethiopia not long back. We were schoolmates. His brothers were DXing enthusiasts like me (the hobby of turning in to 'distant' and 'unknown' shortwave radio stations which was popular in the 'seventies.
