Hi All,

I'm having some problems with checking the disk space on a few servers. I am running
SA as a service (v 3.2) on Windows 2000 Server.

I'm trying to check disk space using

    \\x.x.x.x\c$

as the drive I'm trying to check. The drive has something like 5 or 6 gigs of space
left, but even a check for < 500 mb fails.

The account I am using in the check details is a Domain Admin account. I can access
the drive fine from Start->Run, but the log files show this:

Friday, June 14, 2002 2:19:43 PM INF: Diskspace check via drive letter due to username
Friday, June 14, 2002 2:19:43 PM ERR: connect to network drive failed: 1219
Friday, June 14, 2002 2:19:43 PM Free space on \\10.50.6.30\c$can't be checked!

I have tried everything from explicitly sharing the drive, to sharing a separate
folder and sharing that. As far as permissioning goes, everything should be accessible
from the logged on user (same Domain Admin account) on the remote server.

Thanks,

Gavin Goes
