Are they dependent on a check that's lower in the list?

Subject: [SA-list] 1st time around check unavailable
Hi there, I know this question has been covered, but I can't find the answer... I have 3 checks (ouf of 90) that, on the 1st cycle only, show up as unavailable. This happens every time I restart SA, so not often, but still, affects my stats. 2 of these are nt process checks, and the other one is an errorlevel check. Again, these 3 (out of 90) fail the 1st time only. If I stop SA and have it wait for a few minutes, then start all checks, they will still fail, so I don't think it's a timing issue. Although I just upgraded to the newest release this AM, this has been hapenning for a few versions now, had just forgotten about it, as I don't restart SA often enough for it to be a bother.. but it's fresh in my mind now... getting old.. you know...
Thanks,
