This
is not an SA issue as such. We use Netbios to do some of the checks and
your firewall is blocking those. If you still want to use these checks you'll
have to open the port on the firewall. Nothing we can do about that within
Servers Alive.

I remember the issue of Salive not being able to check the status of services/processes in the DMZ was raised in October 2000 - because the firewall do not allow this through.
Could you please let me know whether you have found a way around this. If not - I understand I may need the program number & version number of Salive do be able to set a rule on my firewall to let RPC through.
