I have applied v4.0.1308 and that has fixed the problem. But the message keeps poping up appearing every now & then. At leasst just the one message should be enough.
I have selected to alert when 1 times down and when backup. SA & the alert recipient are both running on a WIN 2K machine. Messenger service is also running on both machines.
