BUT
currently if there is prettyname then %c will show the prettyname and NOT the
description of the check. This will however change in the next
upload.

Are there any
additional variables within SA V4 that can be used to expand the detail level
in the alert message other than the default %h %s etc.
For example, at the
moment we get
Servername prettyname
is DOWN at time date for %h %p is %s at %t %d
Can we make this
Servername prettyname
(monitored service) is DOWN at time date
