there any additional variables within SA V4 that can be used to expand the
detail level in the alert message other than the default %h %s etc.
For
example, at the moment we get

prettyname is DOWN at time date for %h %p is %s at %t %d
Can we
make this
Servername
prettyname (monitored service) is DOWN at time date
