If you have ms Access, could you setup an MS Access database, then create an ODBC entry point to it and try to use that from SA.

(it's giving me trouble and I'd have to re-install it, that's why I ask) I *do* check multiple oracle DBs with SA and it's working just fine... ________________________ Roland Gaspar Tel.: (514) 398-7880 xt 8603 ICQ # 1355591 www.roland-gaspar.com >>> [EMAIL PROTECTED] 03/17/03 12:19PM >>> Are you using the Microsoft Oracle ODBC driver or the Oracle Oracle ODBC driver? Am setting up SA 4.0.1336 to do Statistical logging to an oracle DB; problem is, when I go to create the table, I get "Run-Time error '430': class does not support automation or does not support expected interface"... there is not much info about creating the DSN, but in the nt4 control pannel, I can "test connect" that DSN sucessfully...
