As I stated in a previous email we have at least two SA running. One on local machine checking services, the others on remote machines checking URLs. Remote SA's can't check services as they are not on the same network. Indeed each machine is a standalone and not part of a network.

If the power goes on a machine that is checking itself, it can't tell you it's down!
