I use TS to remotely admin my server but since SA isn't accessible via
TS I set VNC up to connect to the loopback address and run it in my TS
session. I also have several other apps that don't run as services so I
can connect to the the console and log in just like I'm sitting in front
of it via VNC instead of a separate desktop.  I'd use VNC exclusively
but we don't allow it through the firewall.

Remote access inside remote access...it isn't pretty but it works.
