Thanx. Adding this feature would make life a whole lot easier because we have to change our monitoring schedule periodically. The fact that you have responded so quickly gives me confidence that I made the right purchase. With the "big" shops, I'd still be waiting on the line, listening to music, being told how important my call is to them and being encouraged to check their website for answers ;-)
