In the server where SA is installed, it always says process is down when it check its own processes. I have checked that the process is up and running. One funny thing is that when it check the first cycle, it says the process is down. Then when it check on the second cycle, it says the process is up. So, this goes on and on, one up and one down. I then tried to create a new event checking the process. When I click on the button to show the process that it is running, the window is blank. I have tried using both IP and NetBios name and the result is the same. Anyone has any ideas about this? Thank you.
