Yes, that's the resolver cache I'm referring to.

Have you run nslookup manually and set the server to check the query
results?

i.e.:

nslookup
>server ns1.blah.com
>www.blah.com
        some result here
>server ns3.blah.com
>www.blah.com
        some (other?) result here
>exit
