Also, send me an alert every 4 hours until it is resolved (back up).I configured the setting as: "When 1 times down and then every 48 down cycles". I am doing checks every 5 minutes.I would assume that if the service went down, I would get an alert and if the service stayed down for the next 4 hours, I would then get another alert that it was still down.However, with it configured this way, I get the alert every 5 minutes. I could deal with this if it were an email, but at $0.10 each to a cell phone, it adds up quick.Do I understand this option incorrectly?
