OK, after working with the Server Admin, and testing against several other
executables, SA seems to be able to run C:\Progra~1\salive\truncate.bat

So, while that's a little wierd, I'll take it.

Perhaps you've seen this before and know what to change on the NT Server to correct
this behavior?

Thanks!!!!

Yes, the full path is there, I also 'refreshed' it by using the built in file browser.
Yes, the batch file in question has a pause as it's first command, and no, it never
runs. I have also, restarted SA, with no effect.

Did you include the full path to it?
If you put a PAUSE command in it and run ONE cycle do you see that the .BAT
is actualy runninG?

I run a batch file to transmogrify some of the data after the interchange
file has been written. It works on the XP Box.

What batch file are you talking about?

I'm now to the point of turning on the database updates, but while a
interchange file is created and the DB is updated, the batch file I run will
not run. I've tried to change it to a different batch file, it still doesn't
work. Any ideas?

Here's the last check and the next two lines from the log file:
