There is no built-in check for it. But since we're "open" you can always write your own checks and used them via the external errorlevel or external COM check.

If files are there then they have a virus. \\computername\c$\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Norton AntiVirus Corporate Edition\7.5\Quarantine <file://\\computername\c$\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Norton AntiVirus Corporate Edition\7.5\Quarantine> This will be different for non corporate NAV. Most of my clients are small businesses, so don't have Corporate AV or even server software, so they use NAV 2004 on Win2k Pro or XP pro usually. They are typically sitting behind a VPN Dlink router with a static IP, so getting to them safely shouldn't be a problem. I just don't know what to do after that. Confession: I am a novice user and am WAY outclassed by most of the users of this software in this forum, so if you are willing to help me, just assume I am a junior level technician with a limited understanding of script writing, snmp etc.cause I am. ;-D Thank you, Chris Schlumpf 254-675-3511 Wk CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE: The information contained in this message and any attachments is privileged and confidential and protected from disclosure.
