The sender OID is just an indication on what system is sending the trap (together with the IP of the sender), the actual info should be done with the "object OID" and "object value" which are set within the alert definition.

The Sender OID is 1.3.6.1.4.1.10984 as per the SA manual using SNMPv1. SA successfully sends alert traps for down and up events that however produce the same alarm severity (Major) at the HPOV alarm browser. We require SA down events to generate HPOV Major alarms and up events to generate Normal alarms. HPOV is using event identifier .1.3.6.1.4.1.10984.0.1 for down events and 1.3.6.1.4.1.10984.0.2 for up/normal events. How do I need to setup SA/HPOV for this to work as required.
