Ok, I check the COOKIE box and now SA is saying the site is up even with the "busy" being displayed on the screen?

To keep the list upto date too, since you send this both to support & the list.
The site your checking requires cookies.  And IF you don't enable COOKIE support within Servers Alive (for that specific URL) then you get an endless loop of redirects.

(in the next major release this should no longer be a problem since cookie support is automatic)

Are you doing the check via a proxy?

Subject: [SA-list] SA Stops checking on a URL check

I have version 4.1.1609 running on Windows 2000 Pro as a service. I have a few web sites that I check. I have the check setup that the page shouldn't contain the word "busy", if it does then it triggers a down. When the page is down SA stops with the URL in question highlighted in yellow like it is checking, but never shows it down and never continues checking. it doesn't make any entries in the log file either when in this state.

Help
