I notice that it displays as mm/dd/yyyy in the program too. It occurs that SA is
running as a service - I wonder if the regional settings are only applying to my
user rather than the system profile (if that is what SA is using). Any idea how
I would set that?

But it's not picking that up! Regional settings in the OS of both the SA server
and the web server (in fact every machine concerned) is set to 24hr time.
Equally (see other thread) short date is set to dd/mm/yyyy. But output is
mm/dd/yyyy. Am I missing something obvious?
