Do you only get the doubles if the log shows an error while sending? Can you check with your paging provider if he realy gets two requests?

We have SA run on startup, and someone logging in via Terminal services launches a second copy and causes us to get duplicate alerts - since its running twice. I only have one Team setup with 6 people all defined in the Team. I actually send out pages based on the person though, not the team.
