If from an SA point of view they are sent correctly then the problem is elsewere.
 
As for the ActiveX error, WHAT EXACT MESSAGE?  And did you try it without the AV?

There is AV running (CA Innoculate e-Trust, v6.102).  However, I installed SA (non-beta release) prior to this, and there was no Active-X error.  Only when I installed the BETA. 

Again, the reason I installed the beta was because people on teams were not receiving emails, even though the logs show the emails going out successfully.  I have been troubleshooting that for a while and can't figure it out - because other people with the same domain get it - just certain users don't - so I can't see it being a mail problem either.
