We have/run Openview and Concord, Spectrum is in a box somewhere. What's Up Gold is floating around somewhere with any number of other products. We spent the money on consultants and hired a full time expert. The hardware costs were/are insane. After all that we still rely on SA.
All we get from HP and Concord is excuses and calls asking when we will be buying more. Support? Non-existent at any cost. Changes? Maybe in the next revision, who knows when that will be. More than the product, which is excellent, it's the support that keeps me so satisfied with SA and Woodstone.
