It was working, but we upgraded to version 5 and now SMTP alerts will not go out. The checks are going through just fine, but on any failure, no email is being sent out. When I test is in setup for SMTP, I get a 501 HELO error "5.0.0 HELO requires domain address". I cannot find anywhere in the setup that relates to this error. Has anyone run into this before?
