The file location can be found by looking at the value in the registry at HKLM\Software\DBU Consulting\Servers Alive\LUF

Service shows "starting" in the Services page, but never starts. Cannot switch to manual or disabled in the services page as this just causes the MMC console to lock up. All was fine before a restart not related to SA issue. Also where is hosts file for SA? I thought it was in Program Files\Salive but I don't see it there and searching for hosts returns only the windows host file C:\WINNT\System32\drivers\etc\hosts.txt.
