( I dont see it in the interface where you can label an alert is like critical, minor, major, info etc etc) I know I could put this in the text of the email to the administrators, to show them what is critical and what isnt, it just woul dbe nice if you could put in a defined variable in the message field (defined somewhere within SA) that would tag the alert as critical, minor, major or otherwise)   If anyone has done this or found out a good way via the software accomplish this, I would be greatful for the insight.   As always, a great product absolutely loving the information I am getting from it already....   Sincerely, Ed Ziots Network Engineer Lifespan Organization [EMAIL PROTECTED]
