Since I upgraded to 5.x, several checks of services on other machines
fail when SA runs as a service.
They work fine if I run it as a program in Administrator.
ERR: Getservice status - OpenSCManager - 5-Access is denied.
These are checks that worked previously.
Checks to other machines in the same domain work fine.
So it's not a simple authentication problem. (though may be a more
complex one :-)
Some boxes are 2000, some are 2003.
Suggestions? I really need this to run as a service. (running on
Windows 2000 server box right now.)
