This is NOT a limit of Servers Alive.
The OS can only show a tray icon if the app/service that has to display the
icon has desktop interaction.
Run the service as a user with desktop interaction and it works.

OOC?  Why does Servers Alive have this limitation?  I know other 
services don't.
