The extra info field is data that is contained in the error. Therefore
if you are checking a website and get a 500 internal server error then
"500 internal server error" is the extra info. The extra info field is
NOT a way to add extra info in the email. To add extra info to the
email use the subject and message box (i.e. MAJOR alert %h is %s). If
you add the %e paramater to your email you will see what the extra info
field contains.
