I reinstalled the latest version of 5.1 and we are still
getting pop-ups.

Sometimes when we logon there is an additional pop-up that
says something like "Servers Alive can not exit".
I am assuming it came right after the last logout, because
SA quit running until I logged back in. It then took off right from the
spot where it had stopped. It seems like it can't make up its mind whether
it is running as service or an application. It is definitely running as a
service. I am not launching the application.

We call up the application via the tray icon. We get
the pop-up messages even if we never look at SA.

We have been using TS with /console. It also
pops up a message on the real console.
SA is running as a service. There is a checkbox at Setup
==> General ==> Misc for "automatically save changes on exit". The
checkbox is not checked.
