So I have just run up 114 disk space checks using SNMP. If I set my check to give a DOWN when the disk used is greater than some number, I will also get an alarm if the SNMP GET fails for any other reason. I would like to avoid this.
If I set the check to give a DOWN when the disk used value is LESS than the threshold, and also INVERT STATUS, then I get an alarm when the disk is full, but no alarm on timeouts etc. Any errors are still visible on the webpage using sa_checkresponse.
