Problems With Lotus Notes Check It was SA running as a service. This is the only check using the Lotus Notes com check. It is logging into a database. No other checks are exhibiting this behavior.

Is this with SA running as service or as app? Dirk Bulinckx. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- From: Servers Alive Discussion List [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Ferrell, Jim Sent: Thursday, February 22, 2007 3:36 PM To: Servers Alive Discussion List Subject: [SA-list] Problems With Lotus Notes Check We just started experiencing problems with the Lotus Notes com check. When the check is run, we get a pop-up window. Below are the basic contents of the pop-up: --------------------------- Error --------------------------- The system cannot find the file specified. --------------------------- OK --------------------------- If someone is sitting at the console watching, the check will work if you click <OK> within the specified timeout period. Otherwise the check fails as a timeout failure and an alert gets sent. I do not see anything out of the ordinary in the Servers Alive log file. It is just showing a timeout error. To the best of my knowledge the only recent changes were Microsoft security and DST patches. Any ideas?
