I have an unusual situation. I have one entry in Servers Alive that monitors the VMware virtual server service on our vCenter server. This service is up. The Servers Alive application shows the service up. However, the website that RRDtools shows this service to be down with response: ERR: connect to host failed: 1312(A specified logon session does not exist. It may already have been terminated.) should be: Apparently have some reporting issue with RRD tools. I did go into Setup > Output > HTML page > Default page and clicked “Clear Cache”, but this did nothing.
