This file is written in C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Servers Alive\temp\ (on a Win7) system. The user running Servers Alive needs access to that file. However I see that in Servers Alive we changed that to "c:\programdata\Servers Alive", in the next upload of the webapp checker I'll change that so both use the same logic.
