IF we go for a Lync alert, then we have to go for something that is current
and/or using some type of standard.
Seems like Lync2013 is using a protocol called REST, so it looks like the
most obvious to do is to focus on Lync 2013 and the REST protocol.
As said "IF"....so don't see this as a promise that we will have a Lync
alert.
