I do not mean to cause offense here - that is not and has never been my
intention.

I for one, and there are others on this list who agree with me, feel that it
is crazy not to be able to download titles like we can for just about every
other format.

What I don't know (after asking the question 3 times but to no response) is
what titles Persona owns. Therefore, please forgive my naivety. If Persona
owns titles that were written/produced/co-ordinated by Malcolm McKenzie then
I find nothing wrong with charging for these. Indeed, under the tragic
circumstances it is an honourable thing to do.
I don't disagree with you selling your own software Colin neither, if you
recall. None of us can work for nothing.

What I do feel is wrong is to sell titles that were written independently of
Persona (ie Lemmings, Prince of Persia, etc) and that therefore belong to
others outside of Persona, regardless as to who owns the copyright.

So please, Colin, as you seem the only relevant person about on this list to
put the question to - what titles does Persona/David Ledbury etc own the
copyright to? Once I discover this, then there won't be any need to make
sarcastic comments in order to provoke a response.
