Colin MacDonald did allow the distribution of Fred magazine on the net, and
Dan has a useful site with listings of the contents of each issue with links
to the images on NVG. (see
http://www.podboy.demon.co.uk/coupe/fred/index.html )

A CD with images of all the Sam Supplements is available as giftware from
Simon N Goodwin (see http://simon.mooli.org.uk/snarf/SUPPLEMENT/ ), however
the images were on the net long before this was released so are probably not
up on the net legally.

Other than that, the legality of a lot of images will be in question, and
some stuff is known to be floating around against the appropriate authors
wishes...
