It sounds like a dump of the so-called "Good SAM" library...

FRED magazines have been granted permission for distribution (not the
same as being PD), and I would assume that SAM PD disks are PD, but I
don't know about the rest.

NB. Did the SAM PD disks include the "Illusion PD" disk? I could do with
finding a copy of that...
