An important consideration for the archive is to make sure it's easy for owners of actual SAM hardware, to get the stuff onto a disk as easy as possible. I did a (very) quick Google and I can't see any tools to do this. If we do a CD, then it would be a nice to be able to easily move the stuff directly from the CD onto a CF or HD without any intervention from a PC. We've got some time to choose the format though, because our first three months will be mainly getting the site going with PD and other similar stuff. By the way, I still plan to get the domain sorted tomorrow evening so if anyone has an opinion on what domain they'd like us to use, shout out today or tomorrow - it looks like samcoupe.org is in the lead at the moment. I'm really looking forward to all this - thanks for all the offers of help etc, I'm archiving all your offers into a seperate mail folder for future use so be warned ;) Gavin
