Never used etracker, but usually the way I'd produce a phasing sound in
a tracker is to start two channels playing the same note and then
pitch-slide down and back up (on two consecutive beats) one of the
channels. It will then be marginally out-of-phase. The phase depends on
how much you slide it, of course.
Others may have other ways, that's how I do it though.
