Simon Cooke's prototype was in the early stages, he did have it at one of
the Gloucester shows in the mid-1990's. It was running the startup 'Entropy'
screen with spinny bars and had one or two programs that could be loaded
from ROM.

But that's as far as it got, with the source code for the startup on his
site in the url above. It didn't advance any further and was never released.

(I've pencilled in Sam Revival 17 in 4 months time to be a vapour-ware issue
covering a lot of announced, but unreleased hardware and software, I'm sure
I have a compiled version of the startup screen of the MultiROM somewhere
for screenshots...)
