Nah - it's being sold for profit; this is the kind of thing that David 
Braben would get stroppy about.

This is actually illegal; the purchaser of the SAM version must own the 
Amstrad version - that is, they must receive the magnetic media on which 
the game was originally distributed - for the license to use the 
software to be assigned to them. Destroying the media just means that 
you can distribute it as if it fell off the back of a lorry.
