Oh yeah... bit more info. With part 1 of the SAM ROM source loaded into it (401K of data, 14681 lines), it's quite happy, and still keeps its speed nicely up (in fact, I can't see a difference; you would on a 486 though, I'm betting).
Memory footprint: 10Mb, including the system libraries. As DevStudio is running, I don't know what's mine, and what's DevStudio's. The thing is, it does have 401K of data in memory, in Unicode, which makes it 802K, with extra markup data, which means you can probably multiply that by a factor of 2 because each line's small... so make that 1602K. Ouch. If people complain about performance, I may fix it - if not, there's no point.
