That'll make the program auto-run when loaded, but I think what he was asking was how to save a file so that it is possible to switch on the machine, insert the cartridge, type RUN and watch the program load. This is possible, I believe (used a PLUS D which supported microdrive syntax, sadly never owned the real thing). I think you have to save the file with a specific filename (like "autorun") as well.
