A alternative could be by using breakable male headers the same type as used as a IDE connector on cheap PC motherboards but only single row. You can buy then as 1x40 pins. Use two of them to get the A and C rows. This is not the best method but sure the cheapest alternative (even cheaper then a EURO connector). I still got a dozen of male EURO connectors lying around here (and a dozen females (connectors !)) So if anybody got problems finding one and won't go go the alternative then contact me.
