Not as such, tho Win32 SimCoupe has an Import Data option (F4) that will import any regular data file into SAM memory. You can then just save it out to the disk image of your choice. The Export Data option is still unfinished, and I think the OK button is greyed unless you enter the name of an existing file (and I'm not sure if it works even then, yet!). I did consider implementing a read-only virtual disk image that could make a single file appear as a disk, but went for the easier and possibly more convenient Import Data option instead! Si
