Was somebody asking about my PC keyboard interface? (Sorry - I've been unsubscribed for the last few months). I've put the schematic at:
http://www.ee.surrey.ac.uk/Personal/A.Gale/sam/ I did a quick check on the Farnell site and it seems that they no longer stock the 74HC22106 chip which is crucial to the simplicity of the circuit.... They do, however, stock the 22100 which seems to be a 4x4 crosspoint. I haven't checked the spec of it yet, but it may be possible to combine four of these to make a suitable 8x8 crosspoint switch. If anyone fancies tinkering then let me know and I'll put the source code for the PIC program up somewhere. Andy
