I just have to jump in here and ask: So what? I'm sorry, but copyright *can* and *is* assigned. Just because it's not owned by the original author, doesn't make it any less valid. It is up to the copyright holder to make the decision as to whether or not their material is released into the public domain. If they leave it long enough, that decision will be made for them -- it's a provision in law. The only worry either way that I have is that give it long enough, and the material will be lost or destroyed and disappear forever. *shrugs*. Si
