O.K.
 
boot up sim coupe with samdos in drive 1
 
new disk in drive 2, format it
 
save "d2:samdos2" code 491529, 10000 [ 512 machine only]
 
or
 
save "d2:samdos2" code 229385, 10000 [ 256 machine only]
 
dir 2 will show you a new disk with samdos on it .
